Hi Jasmine, I enjoyed reading your comments and found much to agree with, most of it in fact. However, I think we probably are coming from different ends of the spectrum. Being a British guy and a bit of a ´thinker ´,I am definitely not one of those who shares all that much at all. It is rare for me to give a full account of my thoughts and emotions to anybody these days. Also, I do like to ´mull things over´, before acting or disclosing things, and on occasion, it can be useful to ´sleep on it´, before taking a strong course of action. Something else I do sometimes, at the end of the day, is to sit down and scribble my immediate, raw feelings onto a piece of paper, without judgement and without thinking......This can actually be very therapeutic, and can bring a little of our personal shadow side out into the light of day...Which is a good thing! Sometimes society´s mores and strictures can make for quite a confining experience. Best regards, J.

I so get this. This is why I really don’t do social media at all outside of this. I am so much happier without it.
